Foamex Board Printing

Foamex board is a compressed PVC foam commonly used for signage, retail POS displays exhibition prints. Foamex is a rigid, durable, lightweight and flexible sheet for indoor and outdoor use.

We print and cut Foamex board to any shape or size with a range of material thicknesses available. No job is too big or too small. From a single item to high volume orders.

Foamex Printing Sizes

We can print Foamex boards to a maximum of 3,150mm x 1,500mm. Common print sizes include A4, A3, A2, and A1. But boards can be cut to any specifc size big or small.

Custom Shapes and Finishes

We offer Foamex board printing with custom cut shapes and finishes. Boards do not have to be square (straight edge) cut. They can be produced with rounded corners, cut-outs, drilled with holes or cut to a specific shape or pattern.

Due to Foamex's lightweight properties, it can be easily installed with double sided tape, Velcro or magnets. We can supply all boards with fixings if desired. Foamex can also be screwed or bolted for increased durability.

Frequently Asked Questions

How will my order be delivered?

This depends on the dimensions and quantity. Large items will be delivered by a courier service (DPD) or our own vehicles if local. Smaller items may be shipped using Royal Mail.

All items are packed well so as to prevent damage during delivery.

Is Foamex recyclable?

Yes. Foamex is manufactured from compressed PVC foam which is widely recycled. Please check with your waste collection agency.

Can you create the artwork?
